Last year, my sister, her friend, and I decided we were tired of sitting at home all summer in 2021 due to COVID-19 concerns. So, we took it upon ourselves to do something totally out of the box insane. That happened to be driving to my sister's favorite country singer's hometown, which was all the way on the other side of the country. Literally thousands of miles away.
This opportunity however allowed for an incredible collection of pictures and videos of the drive along historic Route 66 in the Southern and Southwestern United States.
